The three Parts Search options are Graphic, Year-Model-Part, and E-Commerce. Graphic allows you to click on a picture of a vehicle to find the name of the type of part you are looking for, then choose year and model. Year-Model-Part allow you to choose from a drop down menu those options. Both allow you to search our entire inventory for availability and pricing only. You may still submit a request for quote but you cannot “Buy It Now”. The E-Commerce store allows you to choose Year-Model-Part, find availability and pricing and then choose to “Buy It Now” with Pay Pal, Credit Card or Charge to your customer account. All options browse the same inventory at Nordstroms Auto Recycling.
Currently our entire computerized inventory is displayed through our E-Commerce store. All parts are located at our facility in our warehouse. All parts with the exception of a few large or hard to describe or purchase part types are available for Buy it Now purchase. Any part displayed may still be purchased by contacting us directly by phone or email.
When you choose the Best Fit option, you will see parts that have specific interchange options only. This will ensure that you see only the correct parts for your specific application. The All Parts option will show all of our parts types including those that do not have specific interchange application. So while you may be able to see that we have a set of Floor Mats from a 2001 Chevy Cavalier, we cannot display any interchange information to guarantee that this is the exact fit for your application..
Anyone can purchase parts online from Nordstrom’s. Existing account customers may contact us directly and ask for a Username and Password to charge parts to their existing charge account.
Currently our ship to locations are US addresses only for UPS size items. Any item that requires a freight truck for delivery we have limited delivery areas. You may need to contact us directly for a freight quote depending on your ship to location. No international orders are available through our E-commerce store. But you may contact us directly for a shipping quote.
For all small items, we use UPS ground by default. If you are in SD, MN, ND, IA, WI, Northern Ill, or Eastern Nebraska, we may choose to use SpeeDee Delivery carriers even though checkout says UPS. If you require that we send a particular way, please indicate that during checkout or contact us directly.

You may see that there is not a “Buy it Now” icon next to an item or you receive a message that a part is not available for online purchase. This can be for a few different reasons. It may be that this is a large or complicated part that is best purchase when speaking directly to our sales staff. It may also be that this part is a lower “C” grade part that is not perfect cosmetically or is a sub part of a major item. All of these parts are still available for sale when contacting any of our sales staff.
What are the Delivered Route A B C D E F that I see in the warranties section when looking at your parts?
Currently our software is accidentally showing some delivery routes that we have for certain trucking companies. All delivery and/or shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Please ignore these and do not choose these as it may delay your order.
Yes. You may notice that the option for Local Pickup is available when you purchase your item even if you are a far distance from our location. You may choose this item only if you do plan on coming to our location for pickup. We will have your part on hold until you arrive. For best results please contact us and let us know when you will be arriving for pickup.
To create an online account. You must contact Nordstroms directly. You do not need to login to buy parts, but with an online account you may see your purchase history and take advantage of special offers we may have. Depending on approval you may also be able to create a charge account with Nordstroms so that you may charge parts to your account online. Existing charge account customers just need to contact Nordstroms and ask to be sent an email to create their online name and password.

Nordstroms does have many parts that have Zero, One, Two and less than Ten Mile Parts! With some of the buying power that we have, we are able to acquire these parts and vehicles for sale as low mile used parts.
